How Do I Correct The Problem Of My Leg Muscles Growing Fast But No Growth Anywhere Else?

I do a lot of leg presses but I work my arms & core as well. But only my legs seem to be growing muscle.

    You need to make sure you are alternating your workouts.
    A gym owner at the place I use to go to taught me this. He use to be a coach for some football team down in Florida years ago.(Pro).
    Anyways, he’d have me alternative my upper body workouts & my lower. One day do your leg presses & all but not the top…then concentrate on upper body & cardio…Never good to do all of one thing.Plus he recommends you take a day or 2 off in between. You should only work out about 4 maybe 5 times a week.
    I did find a site I thought stuck to the same principal that I was taught by this trainer/gym owner/coach :-)
