    I hope the “babydoll” screen name means you’re a female, or else i’m telling you the wrong thing. Men & women should take different supplements. Check out circuit training so that you can gain some muscle (only to tone up, you WON’T get big). If you work out, you should be taking protein supplements. Since you are female, don’t take more than 25grams per meal, or else it will be stored as fat instead of used as protein. As for weight gain supplements, try Isopure’s mixture (it’s great, but expensive), or a supplement called upyourmass. It’s a low glycemic weight gainer so that your body will utilize the carbs in it rather store them as fat. Good luck.

    In order to gain weight you need to eat more calories then you burn (obviously) You can do this two different ways. You can eat anything & everything in site & sit on your butt all day & you will gain weight (fat) or you can eat allot of clean healthy foods like whole grain rice, pasta & bread, natural peanut butter & almonds, lean cuts of beef & pork, chicken & fish, milk & fat free yogurt, vegetables & fruits. You will also need to lift weights, try a full body routine (squats, deadlifts, chest presses, military presses, upright rows, power cleans). Do this on Monday, Wednesday & Friday & you will gain weight (muscle & a little fat).

    Drink slimfast or ensure instead of milk or sodas. It’s got lost of nutrients in it & calories. It can really help.

    It depends how old you are don’t force any weight problems either too fat or too thin. Take things slowly. If you are really young wait & let your body grow naturally. Eat good wholesome food if you try to force it with too many fats or carbs or whatever you might develop other problems with your health. Eat from the food pyramid & every thing will fall into place give it time

    funny, im 5′2 & im trying to get to that! i cant see how you can be too skinny at that height, im 120 & i look like a whale. anyways, just eat more.

    Ensure, buy it at walmart where there are supliments it comes in different flavors & is good for you it is mainly for the elderly that do not eat properly & it will work for you
