So I Gained About 2 Pounds In A Week And A Half… Could This Be Muscle Growth?

I came off of my diet, kind of hard, eating too much, & some fast food & gained about 2-3 pounds… but at the same time, I started doing at least 60-70 pushups a night, a bunch of situps, & some bicep curls… how much of this weight could be muscle gain? I hate to think it’s fat.

    you betta hump a mooseor else says:

    it def aint muscle
    its either weight in your glycogen stores, water weight or fat gain
    its impossible to gain over .5 pounds of lean muscle mass in a week
    if even that
    and doing pushups & bicep curls, aint going to get you muscle mass either

    you may not like it, but it aint muscle gain
    if people gained like that wed all look like ronnie coleman
    you can do that on roids & if you workout 3-4 hours a day with weights
