I don’t know if it’ll actually stunt the growth of the muscles, but you shouldn’t work out every day. When you work out you’re actually breaking down the muscles. When the muscle recovers & heals is when you’re actually getting stronger. I’ve heard that the burn feeling you get from an intense workout is actually tiny tears in the muscle.
I know for sure that you should work out every other day at the most if you’re doing heavy lifting or something very strenuous, allowing the muscles to heal & actually get stronger.
If you really want to work out heavy every day, then change up the muscles you’re working so you don’t work one muscle too hard & end up possibly worse than when you started.
