What Is The Best And Most Healthiest Way To Put On Weight?

I have recently lost a lot of weight due to stress & personal problems & after weighing myself after a long time, i’ve realised that I need to put on some weight. I have had trouble putting on weight & am hoping to gain about a stone or more. What is the best way & the most healthiest way to put on some weight? I should mention that I work a 9-5 job & only get 2 breaks during the day, which only last half an hour each & so it is hard to have a proper meal. I only tend to have a sandwich or snacks like muffins or buns while on my breaks. Help!!…What can I do to put on this weight??

    u r lucky & can’t put weight……..any way eat urs fav dishes much as possiable…..in urs break time try to have big meal as possiable….bring pack lunch from home etc…

    The best way is to eat a lot of protein, minerals, & fiber. Eat what ever you want. Eat a larger quantity of healthy food & indulge yourself with what ever but sparingly!!!!!!!!!! Don’t pack carbs or fat or quick on the go stuff.
    If you easily loose weight, follow you body’s metabolism & vise versa.
    Protein:
    Lean meat
    Dairy
    Eggs
    Poultry
    Fiber:
    veggies
    fruit
    wheat breads
    Mineral:
    everything healthy has minerals;

    I feel your problem is that you are eating your main meal at night & only junk during the day.
    You will have to change your ways to balance your body out.
    Get up a little earlier in the morning & have Bowl of Porridge or cereal,glass orange juice. Dring half pint milk.
    Take some sandwiches with you to work, make them appetising & change what you put into them every other day.
    You will find that you will not be eating as much in one go at night, as you will be spreading all you food over 12 hours or so.
    It is bad as anyone will tell you to be eating big meals at night as you do not have the time to let your food digest before you go to bed.
    Try it out for a few week & you will see that there is a change.
    Above all try not to worry & get stressed as this is one main cause for weight loss.
