What Are Some Tips On Not Gaining The Weight You Lost?
ok don’t tell me not to eat..i have to of course! but i need tips on not gaining weight, i’ve lost about 10lbs & i don’t want to gain them back, & also i want to lose more. so do you have any tips? oh & if you say exercise say the which types of exercise. thanks

Exercising helped me to lose a pile of weight when I combined it along with taking acai berry. I know they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, & they have been shown on CBS News too.
