My answer is going to be short. HGH alone will not build muscle it will just enhance whatever else you stack it with. HGH & Testosterone will definitely get you big but there are huge side effects specially with Test…..avoid the short “yahoo” answers & go online & do some research a good place to start is bodybuilding.com & wikipedia.
