What’s A Healthy Way For A Guy To Gain “good” Weight?

My guy wants to gain some “good” weight & in a healthy way (as in, not weight brought on by eating tons of doughnuts or something). He’s naturally very thin, at 5′11 & 135 lbs, & he’d like to gain like 20 lbs. He has a crazy metabolism. Any ideas, both diet-wise & exercise wise?

    Yeah he can buy this gainer stuff that you make smoothies wtih that has like over a thousand calories in it but most of it comes from protein. He should have like two of those a day. Tell him to shop around at GNC & ask them for advice, they’ll know.

    No no no no no… Don’t eat no dough nuts because that is bad… That will give him bad habit that will make him mess his metabolism…Just tell him to eat normal with a big glass of protein power in which that is natural…… Drink three glass of protein a day plus drink every time he eat…. Believe me that is very healthy… Drink a lot of protein… Eating right you will gain weight right…
