Your height will mainly be determined by your genes (parents & such). Lifting weights can add bulk & weight if you do large weights a few times as opposed to a small weight multiple times. But it doesn’t build stamina. Do some of each for a sculpted body.

Yes, it does decrease your height later in life, avoid heavy lifting.
You can do high reps with low weight, that will tone your muscles but again, leave weight training until you are older.

Theres really no way to get muscles fast. I wouldn’t suggest weights at that early of an age, do pushups & curl ups & maybe even some light dumbells. When you get to high school you can maybe start weight lifting.

ask arnold schwarzenneger… he started lifting heavy at age 13… & he’s 6′2 now. did he stunt his growth?
many people will tell you “yes it does”… fact of the matter, there is no proof, & people mix up between two things:
weight training, & steroid use.
steroids WILL stunt your growth if you use them before your growth plates are fully developed. & because weight training & bodybudiling is usually connect somehow to steriods, people just assume it stunts growth just like steroids.
it won’t stunt your growth.
and there are no exercises that’ll make you gain muscle fast…
unless, by fast you mean 10 lbs of muscle per year… then just focus on compound movements & a good diet
