excersise to build muscle tone in your butt & bust. the hips will expand naturally. eat lots of food high in protein, like red meats or fish. milk is good too. good luck!

Fat cells expand where they want to. You cannot eat or exercise your fat cells into popping up on just certain parts of your body.
I’ll give you an example. You see those people who say they used the “Ab Lounge” to loose weight. That machine only exercises the stomach muscles. Do their arms, face, legs & chest still look fat? No! Exercise can tone muscle in an area but not fat.
If you are under 18, don’t screw around with your body yet. Your hormones are still in flux & you can ruin your body for years to come.

If you are trying to gain weight, you need to increase the number of calories in your daily diet. By eating French fries & other oily food, you may increase your weight but you will also have other health problems like extra cholesterol. Have larger size helpings of food at meals & keep nutritious snacks readily available. I found this info to gain weight at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.h…

you cant gain weight wherever you want, god intended some women to have fat hips, boobs, tummy, thighs,or all of the above… so you cant gain in a specific area.. unless your wanting it out of an area & in the rest. work souly on that area only.. like if you dont want a tummy, just do ab work, nothing else… but eat a VERY high protein diet & little exercise will fill you up nicely.

The worst thing you want to do is gain pure fat. If you want your body to look good while you gain weight then I suggest a high calorie & high protein diet with little carbs & little sugar & little fat. Let’s not forget to exercise either. If you balance all of these things, whether you are a man or woman, you will gain weight & be solid & firm.

You can’t really spot gain, any more than you can spot lose. When you put on weight, it goes all over your body although people do tend to have areas that will collect the fat more than others…still, you can’t eat & just expect your bust & butt to get bigger (for example) without also knowing that all the rest of you will get bigger too…so what is likely to happen, is proportionately even if your bust & butt enlarge, as the rest of you does too, those areas won’t appear significantly larger than the rest of you (which I assume, is the desire)..
Also, eating to put on weight doesn’t mean gorge on junk foods & sweets…people who actually need to put on weight still eat healthy foods, but just those that are high in calories to promote weight gain…
Do some research online on eating to put on weight (healthily)…but also know that you are likely not going to get the results you desire…
Your want your bust to look larger? Stuff your bra or get plastic surgery…you can’t really get bigger boobs otherwise.
You want your butt to look larger? Do exercises to tone, tighten, & lift the buttocks so they appear larger & do exercises to trim your waist so it will appear smaller (and thus your butt will look even bigger)…
Good luck to you…and do be careful with your health…
