Im trying to gain weight too but healthy weight. I would suggest eating alot of meat. meat is high in fat & protein which helps in weight gain as in healthy fat. dont eat fast food that is bad fat

Smoke a lot of Pot. I mean, weight is bad, & so is smoke. They seem to come hand in hand.
November 30th, 2009 at 11:17 am
Yeah, don’t smoke. You could work out since muscle weighs more than fat. I did football & even though I lost a lot of fat, I gained more weight because of the muscles achieved from it. Eat meat cuz that also helps you gain muscle. When you work out, do it every other day. On those off days, go do a sport.

Work out w/ weights. Eat meat, potatoes, tuna, eggs lots of water. Go to the health food store. Try GNC. Don’t eat junk food, do it the healthy way. Talk to your doctor.

i dont think there is a healthy way to gain weight. because you can’t just eat all greasy & foods that are bad for you because you need fruit & vegetables to live, & i guess you could stop working out…but thats not really healthy either.

I’ll bet if you gained a bunch of weight you wouldn’t like it as much as you’d think. It’s hard to gain weight from eating mcdonalds & chocolate without getting fat in areas that you don’t want them. Try drinking calorie shakes…make sure you are getting a balanced diet. What you look like naturally when you are healthy will probably look best on you. There are so many people who want to be thin. Take advantage of it

People are telling you to eat chocolate & chips & foods like that.
A lot of the time, those foods go right through you.
The foods that make you gain are those real fat foods like Peanutbutter, potatoes, cheesecake’s etc.
Eat foods like those, because in a way potatoes & peanutbutter have nutrients. But don’t eat all junk, you want to stay healthy!
Good luck!

don’t listen to people when they say eat burger king & sweets. Start eating the more meat its gunna let you put on muscle instead of fat. You can always try going to GNC vitamin world & getting a protein shake. trust me i myself would rather have a girl who has alittle muscle then a girl whos alittle on the heavy side from eating unhealthy foods..i hope i was alittle help

There is no healthy way to gain weight. This one girl I know was in your shoes, & she tried gaining weight, im not gonna lie, she got so unattractive to me its not even funny.
I heard having less hours of sleep increases weight. So you could try doing that, it would be more natural than eating your way to heaviness.

honey im 29 & still only weight 95 lbs soaking wet. im 5′6 s its really noticable. ive eventually learned how to deal with the constant comments of “do you eat’ or “man you know she pukes up her food”. i used to not even wear skimpy outfits or even shorts or bathing suits cus i thought i was to skinny. finally i learned screw the other folks…im me & theres nothing i can do about my weight!!!
now when someone comments i say “yeah its a gift” or a smart *** comment just like “yeah uh huh i puke everyday, dumb ***, get real, dont be jealous”
dont eat tons of unhealthy food. i tried to eat stuff like peanut butter & fatty stuff. i ended up being skinny with a pot belly which looked so stupid. plus its unhealthy, yo umight be skinny but your insides will be like a 500 lbs person, clogged arteries & high blood pressue & diabetes.
i just eat healthy, have learned that this is normal for me…and now at my age i just had my 10 yr high school reunion & i looked at all the fat heffers i went to school with & went, thank god im thin!!!

-Subsitute fruite juices & skim milk for beverages such as coffe & tea.
-Eat 3 or more meals a day, do not skip any
-Eat larger portions per meal
-Drink extra fluids such as low-fat milk or Cranberry juice.
-Eat snacks in between meals like yogurt & cereal.
Now remember ; Even though you want to gain weight, eating things high in fat can cause high cholestorol. So if you choose to eat alot, be sure to eat healthy things.
Hope I helped.

Don’t eat junk. This will not only give you weight, (what you want) but it will make you unhealthy. Don’t do this. Carbs are the best way. Pasta, is a good source of this. Also try to check out a GNC store or something like it. They can help the best. But please don’t eat junk & the such. This is very bad & although you will gain the weight you will also gain health problems. There is much healthier ways to do this. Hope it helps!

Wow, most girls want to know how to LOSE weight! Well, you can work out so you gain muscle mass, & eat a lot of peanut butter because it’s high in fat & calories but not as bad for you as potato chips & ice cream. They also make protein shakes for guys that want to gain weight, so you could drink those too.

The trick to gaining weight is a simple mathematical equation: input has to be greater than output.
What I mean by that is that you have to eat more calories every day than your body burns. The average young woman burns between 1,600 & 1,800 calories. So if you can consume at least 2,000 calories daily, you will see yourself slowly putting on weight. One pound of body fat is equal to 3,500 calories, so if you burn 1,800 a day & eat, say, 2,300, you would gain about one pound a week (500 extra calories a day x 7 days = 3,500 calories, or 1lb).
When you’re consuming these extra calories, though, make sure you’re eating GOOD foods, not just a bunch of crap. Obviously it’s easy to eat 500 extra calories in potato chips, but try to focus on foods that are better for you. For example, eat extra fruits & vegetables (2 more servings of fruit will add between 150 & 300 calories to your diet, depending on what kind of fruit it is) & whole grains (oatmeal, whole grain bread & pasta, etc.)
Good luck!

Ok well im in the same boat. ok first off about the weed i dont really know. I dont really think it will effect weight gain that much. But Im not a scietist or anything & I just resently quit smoking myself. It sucks. But im glad I did. However. If your wanting to gain weight. This is whats working for me. You dont need any weight gain pills or anything. You have to do a few things though. First. Eat & eat & eat. Deppending on how much you way now & how tall you are & what your age is. But nomatter what in order to gain weight you have to eat alot. Try not to force yourself to fast start out a little bit more at a time. But eventually work your way up to way more than usual. Also make sure your eating the right kind of foods two. Foods with a high amount of caleries. Such as chicken, corn, eggs, oats, cottage cheese, tuna, peanutbutter, & peanuts. Also add your fruits in there everyday if possible. A good way to know how many caleries you need is to type in calerie calculater in at google.com. This helps alot cause it can give you a good overview of what you need to do. Um second thing is you gotta workout if you want this weight to become muscle. Your dancing you were talking about will help. But I would also recommend some other workouts. Some really good workouts for gaining weight are, Pull ups, bench press, overhead press, dead lifts, & most importantly squats. Most of these workout multiple muscles at a time which is good for bulking up. Also, try not to work the same muscles out everyday. that way they have time to rebuild. Third. Make sure you get a good amount of sleep at night. That way your muscles can have time to build thereselfs back up. Um I think thats about it. Again im not a expert or anything just a regular guy. But I have been trying to figure out how to gain weight myself for a long time & finnaly a few months ago I started doing these things by what I learned from youtube, & bulk up fast.com. And the outcome has been great so far. I can tell a big difference in myself & I’ve gained about 15 pounds of lean muscle in about two & a half months. This isnt gonna be easy at first. At least it wasnt for me. But in about a week or two you’ll probably be used to it. And you’ll already see a big differance I promise. Sorry about the miss spelled words. I hope this was helpfull. Goodluck. Peace. ~Coty Colyer
