Is This Healthy For Weight Gain?

I have been struggling with anorexia & I need to gain weight. I burn about 500 calories on the treadmill daily, because my nutritionist is still allowing me to exercise for my own sanity. Here is what I eat on a daily basis:
Before workout:
6 slices lean chicken (50 cals), cheese spread (35 cals), protein bar (200 cals)
After workout/breakfast:
Nature Valley Yogurt granola bar (140 cals)
Lunch:
Wrap (lettuce, lowfat tortilla, 6 slices lean chicken, mustard, lite mayo) (140 cals)
1 string cheese (60 cals)
1 apple ( 100 cals)
Dinner:
1 Healthy Choice cafe steamers (270 cals)
Snack after dinner:
1 apple (100 cals)
6 slices turkey (50 cals)
Is this healthy? I don’t want to gain weight from fat, just from muscle.

    You should be lifting weights, not running, you’re losing weight that way. Eat more meat for God’s sake, & not that turkey! You also need grains, you’re def not eating right.

    look to gain weight u need to eat more than u burn u wana gain muscle eat like this just more cals up the protein up the carbs dont go lite mayo no light anything ur gainng weight u need fats lift 3x a week & eat 2000cals ull gain weight as a girl..this u wont gain ur gonna lose weight how bout after workout breakfast add a 12oz glas of 1or 2% milk & a banana u need more food after a workout before is good lunch go reg mayo & add a glass of milk yet again
    dinner add a glass of milk 12oz again 2% is best i say snack after dinner kee[ the turkey have 1 rice cake w/ 2tbsp natural peanut butter or 2-3tbsp peanut butter on crackers with the apple
    if u lift no cardio or very limitied really 500cals burning on the tredmill u should eat even more..u wanna gain u have to..im just trying to be honest here if ur running u should have each meal with 500cals..5 meals 2500cals or else u wont gain anything
