First thing that I can share with u is to eat a lot of healthy foods. If you wanna build a muscles, you have to eat a lot of foods that are reach of proteins, as well as drinking more water. you can gain weight while exercising. Assuming you don’t want fat but just to gain lean muscle eat low fat high protein meats such as turkey.
