Well u see I’m a really thin girl,
and i want to look healthy,
I was wondering are there any kind of exercises I can do for me to gain weight?

    you can gain weight while exercising. Assuming you don’t want fat but just to gain lean muscle eat low fat high protein meats such as turkey.

    First thing that I can share with u is to eat a lot of healthy foods. If you wanna build a muscles, you have to eat a lot of foods that are reach of proteins, as well as drinking more water. Work out once a week but if wanna shape fast you need to working out twice a day. I hope this might be help for you.
