How Can I Gain More Wieght And Muscle For Football?

I play football & im in the eight grade. i am 4″10 & i play running back. I am very fast. The sad thing is i only weigh about 80lb. How can i get more muscle & gain more pounds. i dont want to lift weights because that stunts your growth & im already short. Also i do 50pushups a night

    Pick up 5kg weights & do that every night for 3 weeks.You will feel wayyy stronger.

    Eat everything you see. Try to take in as much protein as you can & do sets of pushups to keep urself toned. Dont just do 50 push ups, it would be better to do like 4 sets of 30. also do crunches. U dont have to lift weights to get bigger, u just need to eat.
