Which Is More Productive For Faster Muscle Growth: Working A Muscle Group Everyday, Or Everyother Day?
Muscles need a 24 hour rest period, so every other day is ideal. When you work your muscles you actually cause tiny tears in the muscle fibers & these need time to repair & strengthen. Work upper body one day & lower body the next day.
