To healithy gain weight, eat lots of protien & carbs, but keep your diet balanced. Excercise for strength training, because muscle weighs more than fat. Remember not to just pig out on junk, as it’s unhealthy for your body.

    1 X-Box 360
    1 telephone
    2 Pairs of sweatpants
    1 Bucket of KFC
6 Trips to McDonald’s drive through (don’t walk!)
3 Phone numbers to pizza & Chinese food delivery
1 Case of Monster, Rock Star or other crappy “energy drink”
Mix well for a week or two & watch the pounds just pine on!
WARNING! You may feel like crap afterward, & will more than likely be back on here asking how to lose 25lbs in one week, OMG!
Or take up a good athletic sport that rewards skinny people like bicycling or running. Much better alternative, in my opinion.

Drink a slim fast or ensure between meals. Yes, this seems kind of silly but they’ll give you calories & lots of nutrients. Make sure you eat your normal meals but drink these in between. At your normal meals make sure to take in a lot of carbs & proteins but make sure that you’re still getting your fruits & veggies. Remember though, putting on weight quickly is not a good idea. Slow & steady is the way to go just like losing weight. Your body needs time to add on extra bone mass to support the weight, strengthen your ligaments to hold on the extra muscle, & to grow more blood vessels so blood can reach these new places.

Everyone should eat six meals per day. Most people should eat a single serving of lean protein (fish, poultry, lean beef) & a single serving of healthy carbs (sweet potatoes, brown rice, beans, fruit, nuts, whole wheat.)
People who want to gain weight should just eat an extra serving of carbs at every meal. I also recommend a big glass of milk in the morning & another before bed.
You should put on healthy weight, especially if you do weight training three days a week.

Caligain – Healthy & Natural Weight Gain pill
Caligain is a scientifically developed natural nutritional supplement which helps your body to gain & maintain a healthy weight.
    How Caligain Works
the best weight gain supplement puts your lean body at the phase of rapid weight gain through the improvement of some effective biological functions. With these capsules, your indifference towards intake of food disappears & your appetite becomes strong. A rise in the body’s food absorption capacity due to increased energy expenditure renders you underweight.
The ingredients of the capsule slows down the conversion of stored calories into energy & reduce the metabolic rate of the body to make you gain weight. The nutritional formula of Caligain capsules helps the body assimilate nutrients faster for rapid weight gain.
    Why Use Caligain
Caligain capsule is preferred to prescription & non-herbal weight gain supplements for rapid weight gain because of its herbal properties & heath benefits. Other weight gain supplements than Caligain capsule not only give benefits but also yield side effects. Caligain capsules are fully beneficial without any known side effects.

    ny says:

Those who are extremely lean tend to have weaker immune systems,
making them prone to infections, surgical complications, & slower
recovery times for illness. They tend to have low muscle mass, and
less than ideal hair, teeth, & skin composition. They may have
disruptions in the ability to regulate hormones & protect bone
health, & women could become unable to menstruate.
There are many reasons why people may find it hard to gain weight.
Genetics can obviously play a role, but individual personalities and
the environment can be strong factors.
Some people are just more physically active, they tend to move around
    more,
burning more calories than they take in. In children, the inability
to gain weight may signal a condition
known as “failure to thrive,” which means a kid is not growing
appropriately for his/her age. This may be caused by an illness, or
eating patterns dictated by a parental idiosyncrasy.
Being able to eat anything with abandon is also deceiving — even the
skinny need to worry about having too much sugar & fat for good
health. Poor diets can lead to ailments such as heart disease,
    stroke, and
    cancer.
If you want to put on weight, you should work out, to insure that you
put on muscle & not fat. Healthy weight gain, just like healthy
    weight loss, takes time and
requires a conscious effort to apply good habits.
    Recommended Ways to Gain Weight
Have meals with the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, & the
right kinds of fat (such as unsaturated & monounsaturated fats,
olive oil, canola oil, pistachios, almonds & walnuts). Heinemann
suggests the following ratio: 60%-70% carbohydrates, 10%-15% protein,
and a small amount of fat.
Eat foods higher in calories, vitamins, & minerals, as opposed to
    higher in fat or sugar.
Pack more nutritious calories in each serving. For example, you may
add grated cooked eggs to mashed potatoes, ground chicken to soups and
gravies, cheese in casseroles, eggs, & soups, & nonfat dried milk
in soups, shakes, milk, & mashed potatoes.
If you get too full too fast, try having more high-calorie foods or
slices of foods as opposed to consuming the whole thing (raisins
versus grapes, granola & Grape Nuts versus corn flakes, mango slices
    versus the whole mango).
Limit drinking beverages to a half-hour before & after a meal.
Drink mixed juices (apple/berry, peach/orange/banana as opposed to
one juice beverages) for a higher calorie intake.
With moderation, you may add in good fat sources to meals such as
nuts, avocado, olives, & fatty fish (salmon & mackerel).
Snack in between meals. Nuts, dried fruits, & yogurt are good
options, but it’s also important to find nutritious foods that you
    will enjoy.
Have a nutritious snack before bedtime, such as a peanut butter
    sandwich.
