Does Anyone Know Of A Healthy Meal Plan To Gain Weight?

Any dietitians in the house? My little brother asked me to find him a diet plan that will help him to gain weight healthfully. If there are resources that could help please suggest them. Only serious responses please. Thanks!

    but PROTEIN!!!!!!! protein is healthy becuase it adds muscle… not fat. he should eat eggs for breakfeast (with or without a protein shake). he should have a carb cereal bar as a snack, have a lunch like a sandwhich, or boca burger, or wheat pasta (With a protein shake) & for dinner something like meaty & lots of dairy!!!

    eat alot of chicken & brown rice…instead of 3 meals have 6 small one spread out evenly
