Help! I Want 2 Gain Weight But Mostly Muscle Because I Am 2 Skinny. How Can I Do This The Healthy Way?
I have a great diet where i only drink water all day & eat the healthy stuff & i am toned because i exercise alot, still i just wanted to get a bigger. People tell me i have a nice body but i’m still slim. Thing is i don’t wanna just start eating anything & everything because it can greatly ruin my already healthy diet.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

They actually have power mixes that are specifically for weight & muscle gain.
Look at your local healthfood store.

Id say excersise a lottt
but if you are already toned, mabey your body is just naturaly smaller & skinnier
but just run & lift weights

This is something I’d like to know, but I’m afraid some of us are hard gainers & muscle doesn’t come normally as with others.
I’m afraid genetics may rob us of our dream body.
