    Okay, first you are working out incorrectly. If you want to gain muscle mass, you have to lift correctly. You should be doing near a 30 minute or 45 minute work out to get bigger. Do certain muscle groups every day like, shouldars+back, bicep+forearm, chest+triceps, like that. This will help you get bigger the fastest. Also, instead of doing 3 sets of 50……you have to be doing 3 sets of 6-7 reps. Doing 50 will get you ripped & cut, not bigger. You are going to have to add weight, on the last rep of 6-7, you should barely be able to get it up, if you can still get it up easily, then you are not doing enough weight. Try doing 3-4 exercises for one muscle group, such as, bench press, pectoral flies, incline press, & do 3 sets for each & 6-7 reps for each set. This will definately get you bigger & help gain muscle. Check out my website, look at the exercise examples, the work out routine & tips to get bigger. It will definately help you, good luckhttp://RTSbuild.webs.com

    You can’t gain muscle mass fast unfortunately, it does take time to notice a big difference.
    Don’t train the muscles everyday, they need time to repair & build. I’d suggest training 4 days a week, something like;
    Monday; Chest, shoulders, arms.
    Tues; Legs & abs.
    Wed; Rest
    Thurs; Chest, shoulders, arms.
    Fri; Legs & abs.
    Sat; Rest
    Sun; Rest
    Try & do 5 sets of 5 reps & gradually increase the weight each workout.

    it doesnt stunt your growth , that i s a myth
    But gaining muscle wont happen fast at all, but if you really want to pu ton muscle u need free weights. Lift heavy weights & eat lots of protein rich foods.
