    When your working out at the gym your using your ATP PC energy system which is responsible for fueling your muscles at really intense load. The ATP PC system is fueled by Phosphate Creatine & the supplement creatine is to top up your body’s natural store of creatine.
    So basically your meant to be able to work out for longer because of the axtra creatine in the body. For example instead of only managing only 10 repetitions you will be able to manage 11 or 12 repetitions.
    If I were you don’t waste your money on it, most of the supplements are just marketing scams etc that you get very little benefit from.

    Well creatine supplement aren’t really healthy. I would just keep working out instead of harming your body with supplements.
