I have bi-polar disorder & I want to know what is the best medication without the terrible side effect of weight gain & sleepinesss.I also have acne & I am In my 30’s does medications atribute to that?

look up Omega 3 on Google, it helps with bipolar, also with acne, does not make you sleepy or put on weight, has no side effects & is natural

Omega -3 ?? is not going to help bi-polar. I take lamictal & ot works ok , Abilify is suppose to be another good one
