I seem to be able to lose & gain weight really easily, but my hips look out of proportion with the rest of my body & it’s the hardest place to budge the weight, anybody got any tips or excersizes that help?

I began working out around a year ago & what I do every single day is lay down on a matt pedalling as if riding a bike (back & forth). 30 min each. The resuls are amazing. My eating habits havent changed much.
