3 kgs in 3 months? LoL it’s extremely easy. Go to the gym equipped with a good lifting program (Heavy), workout hard (stay away from cardio if all you wanna do for now is gain weight) & eat a high protein diet – Do NOT cut out carbs. You might actually want to increase your carb daily intake as well. Of course, you could just pig out but my way allows you to put on more muscle than fat. If you’re smart about it, you can gain much more than 3 kgs in 3 months but that all depends on you. G’Luck.
