What Should I Do For Weight Gain?

I am a boy of 20yrs, nowadays my weight is losing (49 to 44) up to 6 kgs.I want to gain my weight. My hieght is now 145cms & i am haerd working 16 hours a day.So give me some tips,recipes or suggestions to gain weight. Thank you for everyone….

    Sit on your butt all day & eat donuts, drink milkshakes, candy bars, & lots & lots of ice cream. That will put it on you real fast, oh & eat a lot of salads covered with ranch dressing, & don’t forget the hamburgs & fries.

    if your hungry then your body will store more fat anytime it gets a little bit of food

    If you want to bulk up, you need three things, a high calorie, high protein diet, weight lifting equipment, & an area to jog in. I suggest weight training 3x a week, jogging a mile every day, & starting at that pace & increasing gradually, not overloading your muscles. You should step it up to the point that you’re able to run 3 miles in about 25 minutes, & benching your body weight.
    (This is what did for training for cross country & track, which are very different from other sports. Hope it helps.)
