im working out alot! everyday plus soccer practice twice a week plus belly dance classes once a week. everywhere i go i go walking. but i feel like im gaining more muscle & i dont want that i wana loose weight & not gain muscle! any tips?

If you are working out, do more cardio, no sprints or weights.
But you are getting hung up on a number & not on health. Having a few extra pounds of muscle does not make you “fat” & most people find some tone to be quite attractive. 110 lbs. may sound great, but 120 lb/s can be perfect also if those 10 extra lbs are muscle distributed all over the body.
