Waste of money. Eat a lot of good foods, lift weights, & sleep well.

muscle tech is junk. go to bodybuilding.com they have it. but read review & youll see it sucks. try usp labs jacked it safer (cuz your not over 18) it cost 23 for 45 servings. it wont stunt your growth
