How Do I Lose Weight And Gain A Little Muscle While Doing It?
I’m 16 & I’m a sophomore.
I lost allot of body fat my freshmen year since
i join ROTC but now i moved & my school does not provide that.
sadly my weight has been accumulating, but is their any tips
i can lose weight & gain some muscle & when i mean this i don’t mean doing push ups or sit ups.I don’t have money to be going to a gym or anything in that nature.
