Does Anyone Know How To Put Weight On?

I know it’s not a popular problem since most people want to lose weight but I recently lost 30 pounds (unintentionally) & now have to put it back on which for me seems like a monumental problem! Does anyone know the best/fastest way to put the pounds on. I am trying to eat things with high calorie content.

Yes. Eat! Sit on the couch with a bag of Doritos & some chocolate cake, or a tub of ice cream, or better yet, all three! If you eat butter & lard & stuff, it’ll be gross, but effective.

Try to gain back more muscle weight than fat. To do this do weight training 3+ days out of the week. Also you need to eat like 10% more calories than you normally do to avoid losing more weight from the added exercise. A good way to get more calories is to drink smoothies & fruit juice. Also adding dry milk powder to recipes like soup & casseroles to get extra calories without having to eat a lot. Try to stay away from junk & only eat healthy food so that the weight doesn’t come back as fat.
    Good Luck!

You have the right approach right now. Eating foods that are higher in calories will help you a lot. Overall, you need to increase the amount of calories you’re consuming. Aim to consume 2000 calories at a minimum. Eating small, frequent snacks & meals & eating foods that are calorie-dense will probably make it easier for you. You may feel very full at first as you begin to consume more food, because your stomach has shrunk as a result of the small amount of food you have been consuming.
Some calorie-dense foods you might try to eat more of are nuts, peanut butter, granola, high-calorie cereals, nutrition bars, whole milk products, avocado, & nutrition supplement drinks such as Ensure or Boost. Make sure not to skip meals & try not to fill up on low-calorie foods, & don’t exercise excessively.
I hope this has helped, & good luck
