Can Drinking Diet Soda Alone Make You Gain Weight?
Okay so I haven’t drank diet soda for a long time & lately I’ve been drinking one can a day, I eat healthy & exercise but I was wondering if diet soda alone could make me gain weight?
No, it won’t. But, it’s not a healthy habit & the artificial sweeteners in diet soda will confuse your body especially when the sweet taste is not accompanied by calories & you are subconsciously more prone to consuming more food & overeating & getting less exercise. Replace it with fruit juice without added sugar, water or milk. Hope this helps !

No, but you really should replace it with water or milk. Those are the healthiest things you can drink.
