Does Yogurt Help In A Weight Loss Diet?
I eat a lot of yogurt, most of the time i have yogurt for breakfast. I have low fat yogurts but does the dairy goods make you gain weight because i have been keeping my calorie count 2000 or lower & i have been doing kickboxing for 20-45 min a day but im not losing weight HELP PLEASE & if you know any low calorie healthy meal ideas please post them too.

2000 may be too high, it looks like you’re a female. 2000 is recommended when you are maintaining weight, & your activity level may not be higher than 2000 burned a day (to lose weight it’s all about burning more calories than you take in). Dairy is good for weight loss, & yogurt is especially good for losing belly fat. Your focus just needs to be on your calories in vs. your calories out. I’d say try a caloric intake of 1200-1500 if you are serious about weight loss.
