Im 4′11 And 90 Pounds Are There Any Weight Gain Tips?
I have a fast metabolism & it’s very hard for me to gain any weight. I was just wondering are there any good weight pain pills that are out there i could try without all those side affects.
I’m assuming you want to gain weight healthfully & not just get fat, as some of the other posters seem to have thought….
Try gradually adding more calories to your day. Try to gradually work in an extra 500-800 calories a day, but of just normal things that you’d eat, & preferably more protein & carbs.
Weight train. Muscle weighs more than fat & if you want to gain weight because you’re too “skinny” looking, it will add mass to your body so you dont look bony.
If this doesn’t help, consult a nutritionist, or at the very least your GP.
eat three solid meals a day, bid meals, & have alot of dairy/ cheese. & also nuts gain weight. (hope your not allergic!) also have snacks in between, like chips & also eat alot, alot, alot of bread. & imbrace the candy bars!!
Why would you want to gain weight? I’m 5ft & I only weigh 85 lbs. You are at a healthy weight so just stay there. We dont need anymore obese kids in America! lol!

Just eat like a cow have all the fat you want dont let anything stop you stay on front of the T.V whole day be a couch potato & eat eat eat!!!!!!!

eat lots of really fatty food also sugar!!!!!!! the more you eat the more you get fatter ok, but most men like thin birds.

Pasta, bread, potatoes, & meat…..but lots of pasta,
