Healthy Weight Gain & Exercise?

I’m a 19 year old female, only 5′2 & weigh around 108lbs. My doctor wants me to gain weight (up to 115), but I’m also on an exercise routine in order to build up my muscle strength & endurance. (I plan on attending a police academy in the near future & will need to be able to pass the physical parts of the test). All I seem to read online is “If you’re hungry, eat. If you’re not hungry, eat.” If I eat when I’m not hungry, it makes me sick. I’m taking a multi-vitamin everyday, but I don’t eat much & I’m afraid I’ll lose weight the more I exercise. Any ideas?

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet & exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia & it works great! You can go to
http://www.onesdirect.info & order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping & handling. Good luck!

lots of protien will help you gain the muscle weight that you want.So you can also try muscle milk while you work out.But you really should eat they say 5 to 6 small meals a day watching the cal. in which you intake within that day.But above all else you should listen to your doctor & follow his instructions.Ask him as many questions as possible.

108 is a perfectly healthy weight for a 5′2″ woman. Try drinking protein shakes after workouts though if you really want to gain.

when ppl say “load up on protein”, thats actually NOT good. one, bcuz u can get very sick. two, bcuz if u dont use up ur protein, it turns into fat. thats y u shouldnt go on high protein diets.

Try adding protein powder to shakes or maybe take an ensure & add some protein powder. You could also try the weight gain products at health food stores.

go to your local gnc or vitamn store & buy some weight gainer. its kinda like a protein shake but it just has tons of calories. try that for a few weeks & just eat as much as u can, but make sure u keep up your cardio so u dont lose your endurance

don’t worry about police academy. my friend is a instructor. he tells me women only have to do half of what men do, which isn’t much to begin with. if you can do 10 push ups you have nothing to worry about. its 90% academics. if you want to gain weight you want to gain it through muscle not fat. since your having trouble eating just take a weight gainer. optimum nutrition makes a good one. its called pro complex gainer.
