I have this problem (1) Im skinny & that not good or healthy either(2) most of the time i rarely i an apetite (3) & when i eat i easly get full

    i used to be like that too. i experimented with eating whenever i am not doing anything & i gain 10 to 15 pounds. eating a lot of rice helps. but after gaining the weight, i did not like how i look so i try reducing my weight & maintain it now.
    my cheek grew round after gaining the weight, that why i have to reduce a little.
    my advice will work if you are not employed or studying. i did it when it was our summer vacation. eat whenever posible.

    slowly build up how much food makes you full. eat snacks between meals when you’re less likely to feel stuffed. sit around & be lazy. Change the kind of food you’re eating. eat out at McDonalds more, eat greasy & or fattening things. eat junk food. cookies, bread. drink a lot of pop.
    i don’t really recomment this. It wouldn’t be healthy at all. but you could gain some weight.

    Yup , i faced the same problem too.Load up on the rice & banana’s ….that will definetly give u results.And i suggest joining a gym.Tht increases ur apetite..and with a high carbohydrate intake ( rice n banana )….u will also gain more bulk & not jus get “fat”.
