It’s not me but a friend. She’s the outdoor working type who doesn’t do much for herself, that includes eating when hungry if she’s busy. She weighs around 108-118 & she’s just wasting away.

& Bread.
Go crazy on those & she will gain weight..
But stay away from buttery, sugary & fried foods..
