I Might Go To Rehab For My Weight Soon. Anybody Know Any Ways To Gain Weight Fast And Healthy?

my weight has dropped 15 pounds & that is very bad for me & no, i dont have a disorder but i used to eat a bad 2800 calories a day & dropped to a healthy 1600 calories a day & lost alot. now they want to put me in rehab until i gain 35 pounds which is 10 more then i was before when i was healthy. my mom is not going to call for an appointment to soon. she wants me to put on some weight so they know that i atleast made an effort to gain weight by myself. I NEED TO KNOW A WAY TO GAIN WEIGHT(BOTH FAT AND MUSCLE) IN ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS. IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE THAT MUCH–JUST A FEW POUNDS. HOW CAN I DO THAT HEALTHY?
also, all of my weight goes to my lower stomach & upper thighs. so i hav ethin arms & my ribs show but i have a belly of a pregnant woman & bigger thighs. my mom said its very wierd. so how can i gain some weight ALL THROUGHOUT my body & just not that one area?
please help!!!!
