Will My Weight Gain Be Visible After 3 Months?

Ok well i no it sounds weird but I’m trying to put on weight cause I’m super skinny…do you think after 3 months i will visibly look not fatter but ya no bigger than i am now? I just need to get at a healthier weight for my age by gaining some weight while exercising. And no I’m not gonna be eating McDonald’s for the next few months if thts wat u think.

Will I Put Weight Back On After Atkins Diet?

I’m just starting out on the new Atkins Diet & have lost a few pounds. Ive been reducing my daily carb amount to 20-30 grams per day. I’m doing it for health reasons, not just for weight loss, so please no lectures!
I’m worried that I will put the weight back on when I finish the diet. If I start to eat carbs again, but in moderation & eat less than 1500 calories per day, will I still gain weight??

How Soon Can I Start Putting Weight On A Foot After Getting Stitches?

About 36 hours ago I got 15 stitches for a 3-inch cut on the side of my foot (from above the ankle to about half an inch above the bottom of my foot.) At the ER they gave me crutches & told me not to put any weight on it at first but I am wondering for how long I have to do that. I don’t want the stitches to open but I would like to get back to normal ASAP. Any advice?

If You Eat After Exercise Do You Put The Weight Back On You Just Lost?

Say i was to jog or do some sort of exercise for about 40mins, do i put the weight back on after Ive eaten?
(start jogging at 11am finish at 20 to 12pm. have lunch at half 12) does the weight get put back on?
my friend thinks, eating.. then jogging.. then eating means im not losing or gaining anything.
i replied saying, that would mean if i dont do exercise then i would just be putting on weight right?
im 16 if this makes a difference

I’m recovering from anorexia & my arms are really skinny & the veins pop out so i havent worn short sleeves in over a year. My legs are skinny too they have no girly shape. My butt is so small it hurts my tail bone when i sit. And my boobs are small I look like a boy.
I’m eating alot better then how i did eat but i’m not seeing results fast enough.
I still exercise everyday in the mornings & at night(crunches & cardio) & i go to the gym & lift weights about 4 days a week. Is that too much?
I still count calories . I know i should’nt but my thinking is still recovering as well.

3. Am i exercising too much
4. how can i get my period back(i left that i lost my period out)
Please help me I just want to look like i did & be able to wear short sleeves again.

How Soon Do You Lose Or Gain Weight After Being Really Healthy Or Unhealthy?

If I eat really healthy or really unhealthy, how long before I actually gain or lose that much weight?
I know it takes about 3500 extra calories one way or the other (burned or consumed) to gain or lose a pound. But assuming you ate, or dieted & worked out, enough in one day to gain or lose 1 pound (for simplicity’s sake–I know it wouldnt actually be healthy) how long would it take for your scale to note the difference? And how soon before your clothes fit better or worse, if thats a different amount of time?

I’m going to start the mayo clinic diet on Monday.I know with any diet people say when you start back eating normal u will gain the weight back plus more, but i don’t plan to eat my normal way. I’m going to eat healthy after I finish the diet. Do u think i will still gain the weight back?

I Want To Gain Healthy Weight After Anorexia?

I am recovering from anorexia & need to gain weight. Right now i am 23, 5ft. 3in. & weigh 102lbs & a female.
I love eating but i still count calories. I know i don’t need to but i do. And I throw food away if i don’t think i need it. Like I pick off extra bread or throw chips away if i think its too many.
I know stupid right? So I’m working on my thinking too.

Oh. Another thing is I’m a dancer & i exercise in the morning & at night(crunches & cardio) & i work at pet food store lifting heavy bags all day. I think i don’t sit & take breaks enough.

Gain Healthy Weight After Cleanse And Purification?

I am going on a Standard Process Purification program for 21 days. So it is basically a 21 day cleanse with supplements & change in diet. I am already petite at 108lbs, for a 5′ 6″ frame (female). I don’t want to lose weight… but I see that I might on this cleanse.
