I would like to gain about 20lb.

I run Cross country, indoor & outdoor track, im 5′9 & weigh 140, my gurl still thinks im sexy , but i wanna weight like.. 155. I want to be abkle to bulk up. I eat like crazy but it all jus comes out & i lose it when i run, how can i gain weight? & whats the fastest/best way to gain weight?

I’m in the eighth grade now & I only weigh 108 lb.It doesn’t look like I weigh that much & I really want to go to Harvard.
