Could Someone Help Create A Scheldule To Loose Belly Fat And Stay Fit?

i was wondering if somone could help me put a shudule together to keep me fit & how much & what i should eat.
i dont consider myself fat just some belly fat i want to get rid of & tone abs.
i eat a *** load
im 14yrs (male) 64kg. 161cm tall have short/stocky build.
im iron deficient- i take a suplement thought.
take fish oil, vitumin C, zinc, & other multivitamens daily.
i gain weight really easy 1-2kg a day easy if i dont exercise.
i play ruby unioun 3 times a week for 1.5hrs each time. box once week 1.5 hr. try ro get to beach on weekand but not always.
any tipe on:

I started taking One-A-Day Energy multivitamin about a month ago. Is it possible that it has caused me to gain weight? I exercise everyday & eat fairly healthy, but all the sudden gained some weight.
