Is My Diet Healthy Enough And Will I Gain Weight With It?
this is my daily diet. i am currently in the 10th grade of school, 15 years old & this is what i eat.
breakfast: special k cerial with no fat milk with 1 bannana & 1 glass of V8 juice.
reecess (4 hours later): 97% fat free yogurt (strawberry flavour) & an apple.
Lunch(75 minutes later): sandwich with wholegrain bread, tuna or ham with lettuce & tomato.
after school snack( 2 hours later): glass of no fat milk & 1 bannana.
Dinner(3 hours later): either plate of pasta or meat with salad & vegetables.
Does Not Enough Sleep Make You Put Weight On?
I’ve been told that if you don’t get enough sleep, you can put weight on, so if you want to loose weight you have to sleep enough. Also I was told stress makes you put weight on also? So it isn’t just food?
Is this all true?
Can you pleaseeee give me some tips on how to loose weight & etc…

How Do You Know You’ve Gone Through Enough Puberty To Work Out Without Stunting Your Growth And Everything?
im 15 & have a very deep voice,facial hair, arm pit hair, pubic hair & all that, does that mean i have gone through enough puberty to work out without stunting my growth? ive had a 6 pack & some moderate muscles for quite some time would that have affected my growth in the past & will it in the future?how would i build muscle the fastest(i wasnt aiming to be a power lifter or bodybuilder, i guess a hybrid gymnast because i want speed & jump high & far etc.)how strong could i be without steriods? -sorry for all the questions, i tried researching but i didnt find any good answers, im 5′7 (im spanish)dont have to many tall genes in my family
being im 5′7 would i need to train more to be equivalent to someone who is taller than me?
Is This Enough Exercise, What Else Can I Do?
I’m sure this isnt enogh exercise to be as strong & fit as I want to be but here is my schedule so far, & I just started it.
I ride my bicyicle every day to work a total of 40 minutes vigerous bike riding. I do 50 situps at night & try & do curls with each arm with 30lbs on each arm. I do 20-40 each rep & usually only do 1 or 2 reps a night right now, then I plan to increase. Diet wise I dont eat fast food, drink little soda, & eat lots of meat & vegies. I take a cup of whey every day from GNC & take vitamin C,B6,Biotin,Calcium, & Ginsing. I also take two 1mg pills of Xanax a day, dont know if that effects muscle growth/fat loss much.
Now for body specs,26years old 6/8 255lbs with a large body frame. Decently in shape with my muscles but they are not as big as I want, also I got about 30 lbs I would like to turn into muscle.
Is this a good start & what are some things I can do to make myself more stronger?
I Need To Gain Enough Weight In Less Than A Month To Fit In My Prom Dress. Any Tips?
I need to gain weight to fit in my prom dress. I cannot have it taken in because I am borrowing it from a friend. Any suggestions? Thank you.
