Has Anyone Lost Weight Just From Stopping Junk Food But Continued To Eat Normaly?
Hi.
Ive recently had a baby & want too loose the stone ive put on. I have cut out all the crap in my diet (which i must say i totally gorged before) not had ANYTHING since Tuesday. I weighed myself today & I lost 2 pounds in 4 days.
Has anyone had success from just eating normaly MINUS the rubbish & bread & butter?

Is It Possible To Gain Mass And Reduce Fat At The Same Time From Martial Arts? Can I Get Bigger Muscles?
I know that Martial arts, combined with some compound exercises, are a great way to develop, lengthen, & strengthen your muscles. I see a lot of fighters that have large muscle mass, but are also incredibly ripped.
Is it possible, by practicing along with working out, to gain muscle & become ripped at the same time? Since muscle growth requires more caloric intake, & burning fat requires less caloric intake — I see a huge problem here. Yet, there are thousands of fighters who defy this very ideal. Wish to gain more muscle & more mass, but also be ripped up. And i’d like to achieve this as fast as possible. Time, motivation, & application are of little consequence. I am a very headstrong person with my goals.

Stretch Marks From Growing Too Fast?
I used to be really really skinny & I just randomly hit a growth spurt so now i have littl epurple stretch marks all over my thighs.. it might also be because i go from having no muscle to training for volleyball so my quads got pretty big. How do i get rid of these they are so ugly!!

I was on some medication that caused me to gain about 40 lbs in the past year. I changed my diet & stopped eating white breads & pastas & cut out all trans fat from my diet & i work out 3 days a week. I can’t seem to drop any weight. I just got off the meds. Is there anything I can do to jump start the weight loss? I’m only 24 & everyone tells me it shouldn’t be hard. What am I doing wrong?
Fast Penis Growth From 13-14?
Ive notised a huge jump in my penis size this year. I had 4.7” hard wen i was 13 & it grew to 6.9” about 1 month ago & now its 7.2” also it was 3.9” circumference at 13 & now its 6”. My Weight Gain Diet Has Gone From Healthy To Very Bad…?
i am on a 5000 calorie diet to gain weight…it used to b an extremely healthy weight gain diet but now i just realized that in one week, i consume 2 of those large 1 gallon & a quart buckets of chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, 2 jars of peanut butter, 1 1/2 cans of honey roasted nuts, 2 bags of m&m’s, 3 bags of dried fruit, & 2 gallons of milk/chocolate milk…now i have intense sugar, nut, & chocolate cravings & my 5000 calories a day of healthy calories turned into 5000 calories of ice cream, fig newtons, nuts, peanut butter, chocolate, an all that junk! but i am now gaining weight quicker that i couldnt gain hen eating healthy even if it was the same amount of calories…now i cannot stand my thighs or stomach & i am not allowed 2 exercise at all! BUT THATS JUST THE FOOD I EAT IN ADDITION 2 THE OTHER HEALTHY FOODS I STILL EAT(so its just extra) AND NOW I CANT STOP EATING THIS JUNK AND HAVE SERIOUS CRAVINGS BUT IM GAINING THE WEIGHT I NEED BUT CANT STOP! WHAT CAN I DO
