Will Drinking Diet Soda, But Maintaining Your Regular Caloric Intake And Exercise Regimen Lead To Weight Gain?
I’m a healthy eater & I exercise regularly. However, I drink diet pop daily. However, it doesn’t make me consume any more calories than when I don’t. Studies say you are more likely to be obese if you drink diet soda. They say you’re more likely to consume more calories. But if you don’t consume more calories, then would the actual diet soda itself make you gain weight?
