I am a 6ft, 29 year old guy weighing 10 st (v slim). I want to finally manage to gain weight & keep it. I know its fairly obvious (more calories = more food), but trouble i have is a tiny appetite & struggle to eat more.
What supplememts / powders are best?
What level of excercise is best e.g – how many times a week in gym, for how long, doing what?
How can i get my appetite up & feel like eating more as thats hardest bit.

Please give me some ideas on what I should have in my diet. Right now I go to the gym at least three times a week. I do cardio everytime i workout & i’m wondering if thats hurting me from getting stronger & gaining weight. I work my upper body once a week & my lower body also once a week.

Do you really need to gain weight? Don’t put weight on that you don’t need, it sure is hard to get it back off. I’d see a doctor & try weight training, but don’t go eating foods that are high in sugar, fats & carbohydrates. Good ole steak is my favorite
