Is It Normal To Gain Weight Before Losing It With Exercise?
I have been working a night job which included a lot of physical exercise–stocking the shelves, running from one department of the store to another, etc. It’s my first job in two years–and in the two years I haven’t worked I gained a lot, & I mean A LOT, of weight. Strange thing is I am eating healthier, getting a lot of exercise, but have gained 5 pounds instead of lost weight. Is this just muscle mass or what? For losing weight, try physical contact sports or better still, long distant running. Eg. 5-10km run. Minimum 2-3 times a week. Depend on how much weight you need to reduce. Take FAT BURNER will give you faster effect with execise.
For abs, do alot of sit-ups & crunchers. Try doing in-between tv & advertisement. Help you to take your mind off. Doing between 60 per set is a good start. Impose a steeper angle as your progress to can maximum effect.
If you have the budget, get those electro pads that can stimulate your ads with exercise. Faster & better toning to the muscle .
