I Am Wanting To Build Muscle Mass. Does Anyone Know How To Do It Within 6-7 Months Or Less?

So I am trying to build muscle mass within 6-7 months or faster. I have been lifting weights fir 2 1/2 years or more & all I have been doing is conditioning my muscles & not putting a lot of growth in them. I am 5′5 & I way 135 lbs & I am 19 years old turning 20 in may. I am wanting to weight 150lbs. I am taking protein after workouts( whey protein) & I am eating a lot more now that I am on my goal to gaining mass. I am eating oatmeal for breakfast & then i will have a bowl of cheerios after I eat that & ill sometimes throw in a banana with that & a protein shake. Then I will go to the gym & do a workout that morning, then come home drink another protein shake & then Ill eat at lunch time a tuna fish sandwich 100% whole wheat bread, & ill eat a pb&j sometimes with that. Then I go to work & Ill eat a snack 3 hours later like an apple or yogurt or something just to keep my metabolism going. Then I go home & eat dinner like fish with veggies & potato or rice. Now is this a good plan. I am eating some more stuff but it is too much to write. I am noticing the weight gain a little bit, but its more chub than mass. Will the fat show first & then it will turn into mass? I used to have a perfectly flat stomach & now its round but my six pack still shows when I flex, it just seems that the fat is being pushed from the inside of my stomach & very little fat shows on the outside. Its like im bloated but then again i am not. Im just wanting some good advise on building mass than cutting up after. If you know how let me know please. Oh yeah & sometimes i will eat cheerios before bed just to gain more weight.

I used to work out about 4 years ago, but stopped do to work interfering with the gym. I am just wondering if someone knows a good new supplement that will help me bulk up muscles faster? Want to get something good, it would probably only take 2 months to get cut & enhance muscle growth.
