Is It Possible To Gain Musclemass And Reduce Fat At The Same Time From Martial Arts? Can I Get Bigger Muscles?

I know that Martial arts, combined with some compound exercises, are a great way to develop, lengthen, & strengthen your muscles. I see a lot of fighters that have large muscle mass, but are also incredibly ripped.
Is it possible, by practicing along with working out, to gain muscle & become ripped at the same time? Since muscle growth requires more caloric intake, & burning fat requires less caloric intake — I see a huge problem here. Yet, there are thousands of fighters who defy this very ideal. Wish to gain more muscle & more mass, but also be ripped up. And i’d like to achieve this as fast as possible. Time, motivation, & application are of little consequence. Please help me understand how to GAIN MUSCLE, yet LOSE FAT at the same time.

Any Tips For Gaining Weight Through Muscle-mass And Building Endurance And Body Strength?

I am quite unfit, & i need to start slowly on my endurance & overall body strength for my naval application.
I’ve started jogging a short distance nearly every day. & i started doing push-ups & dumbell exercises as well.
Is there anything else i can do to build my strength & endurance before basic training hits me?
