Non-whey Shakes / Protein Supplements?

I’ve been allergic to Whey all my life, can’t even take a glass of milk without getting sick. But I workout, & have been told numerous times Whey is the perfect source of fast acting protein to have to build muscle after a workout. So, that sucks for me.
I was wondering if anyone had a source of Non-Whey shake mix that can still boost similar recovery & muscle growth? Or if they know any protein food that, when eaten after a workout, has the same effect as a Whey shake. Any & All help is welcomed!
