Ive recently been losing weight cos i did want too & first i lost 2 stones then i just kept going, turn into like an addiction, friends were telling me im getting skinny but everytime i dropped a dress size in jeans i got even more excited, im a size away from being a zero! BUT i went to a party & looking back at foto’s i think my face looks scarily thin!! i want my plum face back, i dont care bout putting weight on again as long as i look healthy! ive been eating loads of full fat foods cos i want to put on as much weight by the weekend, ive looked online for how much weight u can put on in a week but searches keep comin up as how much weight to loose!!

if you’ve always done 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, lifted free weights & eaten low-fat food/many vegetables, what else can you do if you are concerned & have close relatives that gained 60+ lbs. My mom said she exercised an hour a day, & always ate healthy foods (no fast food, etc.), yet still developed metabolic syndrome. Is it hopeless, or can women prevent pre & post menopausal weight gain?
