Last week I had unprotected sex (twice) & I took the Plan B pill (twice in one week). I took both of them within the same hour after the unprotected sex. He also did not finish in me. But I know there’s pre-*** & we had unprotected sex while I was in my fertile phase.
I’ve been experiencing symptoms such as: back pain (lower right, but I might have back pains because of dance & putting a lot of weight on my back by carrying a lot of things), cramps (i had severe ones earlier, now they’re just mild), dizziness, headaches, fatigue & bloating. Along with those symptoms, I’ve been having light brown discharge, which could be associated with implantation bleeding along with mild cramps.
I’ve also been taking a lot of Vitamin C (3000-6000 mg) ever since I had unprotected sex & drinking parsley tea in an attempt to induce my period. My period’s is supposed to be due in a week. But I’m just paranoid. Also, I took a First Response test 2 days ago & it came out negative (probably too early to get accurate results).
Could it be that taking 2 Plan B pills in within one week make my hormones spaz out?
What should I do now?
I Work Out Really Hard And Eat A Healthy Diet And I’m Still Gaining Weight. How Is That Possible?
I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past 7 months. I did lose about 20 pounds in the first four months just dieting. Right now I am still considered a few pounds overweight, so I do still have weight to lose. I stepped up my exercise regimen two months ago & I now run 20-30 miles a week. I eat around 1200-1500 calories a day, so I’m not starving myself but I’m not overeating either. And I eat mostly healthy things. I do have coffee daily & I drink alcohol on one weekend night per week. This week I ran 32 miles & maintained my diet, & I still gained 5 pounds. I’m not pre-menstrual. How is it possible that I gained weight? I can understand a plateau (which I’ve been on for the past two months, not gaining or losing) but I don’t understand how I can possibly be gaining weight. It’s VERY frustrating. Please help me understand this!

Hey folks, ok heres the dealio- I am a 25yr old female, about 5 10/11 ” & about 8 & abit stone. I have always been tall & skinny, it is inherited from my grandad. But I have grown up knowing I am different & it is something that continually gets me down, I hate my body & find it hard to find clothes that I truely feel confident in. I spoke to my doc & he said what everyone always say ” Most women would love to have your figure you should be happy in your shape blah blah blah” . But I would just so love to gain abit of weight, maybe a stone, & just fill out abit, so I can actually like my figure, & be able to wear clothes that at the moment just wouldnt suit me.
If anyone out there has gained weight by eating/drinking something every night/day for however long please let me know. I have quite a small appetite so find it hard to just eat more. But I will try anything if I know it will give me results,

Seelp in a completely dark room…very quiet. Sleep for 10 hours. eat 2 table spoons of peanut butter every night, & a glass of milk. Eat 6 little meals a day…lots of protein. & lift weights…..

When I first started working out I really didn’t know anything about it. This was my routine. (I was very weak then (2008))
bench press…………80LBSx10 reps…90LBSx6 reps…100LBSx3..right after one another (2 sets)
curls………..60lbs 25 reps
push ups……..25 reps (2 sets)
I never worked out my legs as much.
I did this everyday & my muscles in my chest & arms showed alot of results in just 3 weeks. Someone told me this was very bad for my muscles so I stopped. I haven’t worked out since then for a long period of time. I have only done a few days at a time then quit because i could never find a good workout.
Now I want to get big & strong fast as possible w/o proteins. I have a program for my legs so I am set there. I need to know upper body workouts to get muscle definition & size growth, including arms, abs, chest, shoulders, & back.
I only have a bench press & the pull down bar thing. (idk wat its called) I also have the attatchment that enables me to do curls on the bench. (idk wat thats called either).
Please help me & provide me with a good program. Something i can do monday, tuesday, & friday. Three days because my leg program will take up tues, thurs, & sat.

I am trying to gain weight…kindof quickly. i noticed i will eat about 3 bags of dried fruits a day…lots of sugar & carbs…and i know its very calorie dense. just 1/4 of a cup is 160 calories & there are 26 servings…and im eating more then a bag. im also eating lots of peanuts/peanut butter, muesli, whole grain breads, baked potatoes, protein bars, frozen yogurt & sometimes some really unhealthy desserts that i would not eat before. im getting about 3,100 calories a day & im also eating foods a nutritionist told me to so i AM getting the right foods BTW. im also not exercising cuz im not allowed & i cant anyway( i hate the fact that i have to gain more fat) i cant exercise until i gain atleast 10 pounds of fat.
IS ALL THAT DRIES FRUIT HEALTHY FOR ME TO GAIN WEIGHT? its calorie, carb, & sugar dense but its fruit! im eating anyway whether its good or not, same with the frozen yogurt & peanut butter.
