Why Is This Happening To Me Because I’m Finally Eating Healthier?
When I moved to my new neighborhood in second grade I lost a lot. Mostly, I lost my willingness to go outside, because I was one of the oldest kids in the neighborhood & everyone else was starting their families so kids were like 1 or 2. I was super skinny then from playing all the time, but when I stayed inside I gained a lot of weight.
Not all of the weight was because I shot up to 5′11″. I gained about 100 pounds since then. I’ve been overweight as long as my friends in my new school system can remember.
Now that I’m in high school, I want to seriously change. I don’t think like a fat person; I look at girl’s clothes & think they’re cute, then remember I’m fat & can’t wear them. I bum myself out all the time.
I’m eating two meals a day. I make sure I eat the required fruits & vegetables, & only drink milk & apple juice (I HATE pop)
However, since I started this diet I’ve been having diarrhea. On & off for a couple months. It hasn’t been explosive, but going to the bathroom has been harder. I don’t think it should be lack of fluids, because I substitute my hunger with liquids a lot.
Why would I finally be having problems when I’m eating healthier?

I’m 16 weeks & VERY stressed out & grumpy & every little thing bugs me. Nothing is going right! I’m still peeing alot! And i’m SOOOO hungry! I’ve put on almost 20 pounds & i’m scared i’m gaining too much weight.

Breakfast
-cantalope slices
-cheerios with 1% milk
-6 almonds
-half a glass of 1% milk other half went in the bowl
Snack
-apple

-Multigrain sandwich with 2 slices of turkey & lettuce & tomatoes , no mayo
Track Meet
after the meet
i had an orange & 5 almonds
then i had dinner
-3 spoonfulls of rice
-indian fish fry
-indian sidedish [ethhaka curry] its like plantain curry lol
-and 15 carrots
was this a healthy day im 15 & for dinner i have to have an indian dish cuz there is really nothing else.
anything i can add or delete?
i hear its good to eat fruit before a meal is that true?
if so can someone arrange my diet?
will i gain any weight from they way i ate today?

Hey folks, ok heres the dealio- I am a 25yr old female, about 5 10/11 ” & about 8 & abit stone. I have always been tall & skinny, it is inherited from my grandad. But I have grown up knowing I am different & it is something that continually gets me down, I hate my body & find it hard to find clothes that I truely feel confident in. I spoke to my doc & he said what everyone always say ” Most women would love to have your figure you should be happy in your shape blah blah blah” . But I would just so love to gain abit of weight, maybe a stone, & just fill out abit, so I can actually like my figure, & be able to wear clothes that at the moment just wouldnt suit me.
If anyone out there has gained weight by eating/drinking something every night/day for however long please let me know. I have quite a small appetite so find it hard to just eat more. But I will try anything if I know it will give me results,

Im about 157 & I’m 5′11, I have some body fat but I would really rather it not being there. I also heard that there’s an performance enhancer called Animal Cuts, for bodybuilders & high performing athletes which increases testosterone allowing muscle growth which burns fat off really fast, & that’s what its meant for. My goal is to get cut up & have defined muscular definition by june or late may.

Help! I Want 2 Gain Weight But Mostly Muscle Because I Am 2 Skinny. How Can I Do This The Healthy Way?
I have a great diet where i only drink water all day & eat the healthy stuff & i am toned because i exercise alot, still i just wanted to get a bigger. People tell me i have a nice body but i’m still slim. Thing is i don’t wanna just start eating anything & everything because it can greatly ruin my already healthy diet.

I want a six pack & to build bigger arms & become ‘good-looking’.
Right now, I have the general six-pack muscles developed. I think I can manage six-pack easy, after I build a little more muscle then I just cut down food consumption (I eat a ton, it won’t hurt at all).
I need to know how to build muscles the fastest & effective ways to help with six-pack.
Does the length of workout play a part in how affected the areas I work out are built?
Since Legs are 60% of the human musculature, squats & the like are good at releasing the muscle growth hormone, but does it matter when I do squats in the workout?
(If I’m wrong, please tell me that also.)

How Do I Stop This Weight Gain?
Some of you are going to be immature enough to make fun of me, but this is a very serious matter. I am wondering if anyone has had or know of anyone with this problem:
I have been gaining weight like crazy. When I first realized this, it was about a year ago…and I had gained about 5 lbs in a couple of weeks. That was shocking to me, but not too tramatic. I decided to excercise a little more, adding 15 more mins to my walking per day, & 15 mins to my cardio 3 times a week. Nothing…as a matter of fact, I gained more weight. My diet never changed for the worse. I did not eat anymore nor did I eat anything unhealthy. BUT, I decided to cut the carbs almost completely & increased cardio by 5 more mins 3 times per week, leaving my walking the same. Still I gained. I thought I was pregnant…(missed my cycle), & wasn’t. I have continued to gain. I have gained a LOT in the last yr, & 35 lbs since Sept in spite of a healthy diet & regular excercise. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? HELP!!
Is This Enough Exercise, What Else Can I Do?
I’m sure this isnt enogh exercise to be as strong & fit as I want to be but here is my schedule so far, & I just started it.
I ride my bicyicle every day to work a total of 40 minutes vigerous bike riding. I do 50 situps at night & try & do curls with each arm with 30lbs on each arm. I do 20-40 each rep & usually only do 1 or 2 reps a night right now, then I plan to increase. Diet wise I dont eat fast food, drink little soda, & eat lots of meat & vegies. I take a cup of whey every day from GNC & take vitamin C,B6,Biotin,Calcium, & Ginsing. I also take two 1mg pills of Xanax a day, dont know if that effects muscle growth/fat loss much.
Now for body specs,26years old 6/8 255lbs with a large body frame. Decently in shape with my muscles but they are not as big as I want, also I got about 30 lbs I would like to turn into muscle.
Is this a good start & what are some things I can do to make myself more stronger?
Zoloft & Weight Gain…can’t Take It Off! Anyone Else Have This Problem?
I have been taking 50 mg of Zoloft for 2 years. When I started I was a pretty healthy weight with diet & exercise. Now, I have gained 20 lbs. & CANNOT LOSE THE WEIGHT! I have been exercising like crazy & sticking to my diet…I haven’t shed a pound…I’m actually still gaining. I don’t recognize my body & am more depressed now than when I started the Zoloft for my depression! Any ideas or has this happened to anyone else?

I have been struggling with anorexia & I need to gain weight. I burn about 500 calories on the treadmill daily, because my nutritionist is still allowing me to exercise for my own sanity. Here is what I eat on a daily basis:
Before workout:
6 slices lean chicken (50 cals), cheese spread (35 cals), protein bar (200 cals)
After workout/breakfast:
Nature Valley Yogurt granola bar (140 cals)
Lunch:
Wrap (lettuce, lowfat tortilla, 6 slices lean chicken, mustard, lite mayo) (140 cals)
1 string cheese (60 cals)
1 apple ( 100 cals)
Dinner:
1 Healthy Choice cafe steamers (270 cals)
Snack after dinner:
1 apple (100 cals)
6 slices turkey (50 cals)
Is this healthy? I don’t want to gain weight from fat, just from muscle.

im 16, 5′10″ & weigh 128 pounds.
breakfast: healthy heart blueberry oatmeal.
snack: small bag of cheerios & reduced fat triscuits & cheese.
lunch: sandwich with oven roasted turkey breast, cheese, lettuce & a sliced tomatoe, & a small handful of almonds, & yoplait yogurt.
snack: special K bar or special K snack bites, with some grapes & strawberries.
dinner: healthy choice chicken & dumpling soup made only with white meat.
drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
does this sound okay? also for exercising if i go on a 45 minute fast walk every day do 50 lunges on each leg & 50 sit ups & crunches every day (25 of each in the morning & at night) & 50 jumping jacks.
how much weight could i lose in a month by doing all this every day?
i am also taking dietary supplement vitamins every day.
and please dont tell me that i dont need to lose weight or i need to gain weight because i dont feel that way.

I ate:
-An entire pineapple cut into slices
-An entire Cantaloupe cut into squares
-An apple
-A few pieces of watermelon
-About 50 grapes.
-A glass of fat-free milk (10 oz)
I was thinking of going Vegg tomorrow because I feel sick to my stomach from all the sugar… or maybe it’s just the vitamin supplements I have to take.

dinner (subway cuz im going to the mall) 6” turkey on wheat
dessert- idk yet
i did 30 minutes of yoga today. is this good? i am 5′3 106 lbs my doctor told me to gain a bit cuz my vitals are low i am 13 yrs old
So I Gained About 2 Pounds In A Week And A Half… Could This Be Muscle Growth?
I came off of my diet, kind of hard, eating too much, & some fast food & gained about 2-3 pounds… but at the same time, I started doing at least 60-70 pushups a night, a bunch of situps, & some bicep curls… how much of this weight could be muscle gain? I hate to think it’s fat.
Recently Spoke To Someone Who Said Wine And Bread Do Not Casue You To Put Weight On Is This True?
I believe bread & wine (carbs + alchol) must make you put weight on, how can this source be right in thinking it cant?

Okay im 6″, 180cm & weigh 135 pounds or 60kg. I have trouble gaining weight. I exercise ALOT. Everyday i play soccer. I usually work on endurance like jogging & running. I do 40 pushups everyday. I never weightlift. I am very picky on what i eat but i do eat alot of junk food. I NEVER watch what i eat & i dont understand why i cant gain weight! So my friend recommended that i go to my local drug shop & buy these powders things you mix with water. He said that it will help me gain weight. Is this a healthy approach???
