Ive recently been losing weight cos i did want too & first i lost 2 stones then i just kept going, turn into like an addiction, friends were telling me im getting skinny but everytime i dropped a dress size in jeans i got even more excited, im a size away from being a zero! BUT i went to a party & looking back at foto’s i think my face looks scarily thin!! i want my plum face back, i dont care bout putting weight on again as long as i look healthy! ive been eating loads of full fat foods cos i want to put on as much weight by the weekend, ive looked online for how much weight u can put on in a week but searches keep comin up as how much weight to loose!!

hi, im on my 14th week of pregnancy, so far i still havent put on any weight, i weigh 8.5 stone. I really was hoping i would have put abit on by now as im quite tall. my bmi is fine but if i were half a stone less i would be underweight. i eat right & eat as much as i should but dont seem to have put any on yet. thanks

Whats A Good Way To Gain 2-3 Pounds A Week When You Have A Fast Metabolism?

I want to be able to fit into my mom’s panties she buys expensive ones & theyre nice.
I want to gain 2-3 pounnds a week. My metabolism is too fast though I poop on average about 3 times a day so its very difficult for me to gain weight.

50g Protein Shake Once A Week Okay For A 15 Year Old?

Will taking a protein shake containing 50g of pure protein once a week do anything bad to me? I am fairly fit & healthy & in reasonable shape, I exercise frequently in the gym & cardio. Along with my balanced diet & hydration, will taking a pure protein shake every now & then damage my body or stunt any growing aspects of me?
I’m using it for muscle growth & a “cheat” to faster, leaner, larger muscles.

I Work Out 5 Times A Week, Have An Above Average Healthy Diet And Am Actually Gaining Weight. Please Help?

Since I was 20 (now Im 28) I have been cautious of what I eat. On average I mostly eat veggies, fruits, drink plenty of water, eat alot of fish & white meat. I recently have gained 20 pounds in a matter of 1 month & cannot figure out how. I work out & vary my workouts 5-7 days a week. Sometimes twice daily & cannot lose weight. I am desperate to hear some feedback as to why I am at this point. I thought it may be hypothyroidism but results came back normal. Please Help!!!

So I Gained About 2 Pounds In A Week And A Half… Could This Be Muscle Growth?

I came off of my diet, kind of hard, eating too much, & some fast food & gained about 2-3 pounds… but at the same time, I started doing at least 60-70 pushups a night, a bunch of situps, & some bicep curls… how much of this weight could be muscle gain? I hate to think it’s fat.
